Week 1 stats are up!

OK, the week 1 stats are finally up. Because the NLL is using a different stats provider this season, a few changes had to be made, probably permanently. Only one of them actually affects anything:

1. Game-winning goals are not available. These used to be worth 8 points.
2. Shots are not available. They were displayed on some pages but weren't worth any points. Shots on goal are worth 2, and they're available.
3. Goalies times are all in integer values of minutes – no seconds. Again, they weren't worth points anyway.
